Happy-Rune Starter guide
This guide will cover the basis of what you need to know to progress throughout theearly stages of Happy-Rune!
Before we get really started with the guide. We have various global/mass bosses that spawn every few hours.
As a new player, you can immediately
help kill these and get a reward. If you’re lucky, you can get some good items that will greatly
help you in your journey.
These bosses will have a broadcast announcement in chat and also the command on
how to get there. But just so you’re prepared, if you open up the teleports menu (ctrl+t)
then go into the Globals tab, you can see a list of all the global/mass bosses that you
can go to.
The global boss icon will appear when world boss is spawned, click on it to teleport to boss
Auto events:
* Every day 10am & 10pm server time 15 world bosses will be spawned on ::eventzone
* Auto hide and seek every 3-4 hours
Game modes:
Normal
Game without any restrictions 0% critical.
Ironman
Very restricted gamemode. You are not allowed to trade or gamble, You cant pickup other player drops.
5% critical.
Ultimate ironman
Same restrictions as Ironman but, UI can use banks. Has upgradable UI set that has 6 tiers,
currency pouch. 10% critical.
30 Bank slots.
Group ironman
This game mode is for the players that love
play as a group. 5% critical.

Tutorial
As a new player, you should check the first tutorial
about basic things in Happy-Rune.
If you are new i dont recommend to skip the tutorial.
You will receive blue heart & upgrade orb for watching the tutorial!
Referral
As a new player, the first thing you should do is ::claimreferral. This will open an
interface where you can receive a bit extra to start your journey.
Feel free to select your preferred referral, the rewards are the same for all of them
Freebies
Dont forget to use ::freedonator | ::freeboxes | ::freecards
for free freebies and donator rank!
Starterzone
When you teleport to ::train, you can also find the Starter-Shop
Kill Torvas receive starter points and spend it on starter store.
Get 50 Starter points to buy collector symbol from starter store!
Ancient orbs for start upgrades can be found on starter shop too!
Torvas drops
All Torvas drops can be upgraded.
Starter shop
Each starter zone torva gives 1 starter point!
You can spend starter points on starter shop located at ::train
Get collection ring and all other gear from starter-shop and upgrade it!
Startertasks
After claiming your referral, it’s recommended to check out ::startertasks. These show
you various tasks which you can do which will help you progress your account quicker.

For additional tasks & rewards. All of these will help and
reward you in the long run. So it’s definitely worth completing those.
Main goals on training zone (::train)
1) You will get enough bones to reach prayer level 120. (Starter task reach max prayer gives nice rewards that is important for fast progress)
2) Create AOE weapon as soon as possible to make your progress way easier! Recommendation Z500 gun!
Upgrade interface can be opened by clicking CTRL + U
For creating this gun you will need:
* Animal bow (torvas drop)
* 100 ancient orbs (can be purchased from starter store)
* Mojo helmet (can be obtain from starter task [Reach max prayer] or daily voting streak first reward)
After starter progressions:
Continue to focus on ::startertasks
If you want weapon first, focus on: [Complete the first zone]
CTRL + Z opens zones interface. The first zone is PP girls.
With AOE weapon you made zone complete should be easy, just use soulsplit and turmoil!
If you want set first, focus on: [Create pendragon gear]
Okey, to create pendragon gear you will need all barrows armor pieces.
Use ::barrows to acces all barrows sarcophagus.
Each barrows boss drops 5 drops. Helmet, body, legs, weapon and barrows soul.
Higher percentage on tracker = higher chance to get a drop from the chest. 100% means it will give drop 100%.
Collect all barrows helmets, bodys and legs and create pendragon gear! (You will need this gear for future upgrades!)
Barrows souls
While doing barrows you will receive barrows souls!
Barrows souls can be used to summon the Barrows boss: Virex
Virex drops:
After finishing starter tasks
Start to collect materials for your gear upgrades!
You can do zones or slayer
You can find all slayer npcs in instances (best money making)
All game npcs drops instance tickets.

Upgrade orbs in your inventory saves your main upgrading item on fail.

To find an NPC who drops an item you need, you can always use:
::itemdrops
Search item button:
Slayer (ctrl+s) or ::slayer
Slayer is a good way to get some upgrades early on & one of the best money makers ingame. To get a slayer
task, open the Slayer menu by holding ctrl+s. Then click on “Get task” on the right hand
side of the interface. You can also change your slayer master, reset your task or open
the slayer store.
Only easy teleports is free, all other cost 5M per teleport.
You can always buy a slayer ring (8) from slayer store to teleport cheaper,
also you can use teleport interface > places > slayer dungeon
Settings:
You can block 4 slayer tasks and add 4 on favorites
To get acces to Medium slayer tasks you will need to complete 10 easy ones. Easy tasks gives 10 slayer points.
To get acces to Hard slayer tasks you will need to complete 20 medium ones. Medium 15 slayer points.
To get acces to Boss slayer tasks you will need to complete 30 hard ones. Hard 25 slayer points.
Slayer store:
You can find slayer helmets that increase 20% of damage for your chosed combat style, slayer rings, bone crusher..
Slayer chest:
You can lower the chest rare rates by using slayer master parts on the chest
Item grinding
::grinder
Next topic to talk about is item grinding. Item grinding is a key part of early-midgame
content. The item grinder will grind any item you don’t need and don’t necessarily wish
to sell. To grind something, simply use the item on the grinder.
Good way to get Dust of creation (You will need that for all endgame gear creation).
Grinding items will give you Happy-Rune Crystals.
You can use these crystals to buy various items, weapons, and armor.
Store located directly next to the item grinder
Account perks
Click on spellbook to acces it.
Unlock account perks for benefits
There is 16 Total account perks:
You can unlock account perks by opening Account perk boxes.
Account perk boxes can be obtain by combining the 3 acc perk scrolls or from almost anything ingame!
